Roxanne has been with EDC since April of 1995. She brings over 25 years of vocational/medical case management experience to the firm, and is highly respected as a vocational expert.

Roxanne began her vocational rehabilitation career as a VISTA volunteer in Chicago, IL. She offered vocational assistance to individuals coming out of mental health hospitals in an effort to help them find work. She moved to Minnesota in 1977, and has actively participated in the case management of injured workers since then.

Roxanne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree is in Social Work and Psychology from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. She also completed graduate credits in Rehabilitation Counseling at Mankato State University. She has been a Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant since 1984, and is nationally certified in her field. Roxanne's expertise and compassion for all persons she works with makes her a welcome addition to EDC.

In addition to rehabilitation, Roxanne works as a comedian.  She uses her comedy to provide humor and levity to all she encounters, as well a stress management tool.
