Dr. Lamp has been involved in the field of Vocational Rehabilitation since 1970. Frank developed the Employee Development Corporation in 1981, and has utilized his management training and experience to ensure a well managed, responsive organizational structure.

Dr. Lamp has been extensively involved in all aspects of medical and vocational rehabilitation service delivery. He has worked as a Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant since 1982, providing direct service to persons who have industrial and personal injuries. Frank maintains certifications as a Certified Disability Management Specialist and as a Senior Disability Analyst and Diplomat with the American Board of Disability Analysts. He has also received extensive training in the field of ergonomics and job restructuring.

Frank has had major involvement in bringing physical job demand information to treating doctors to assist in return to work decisions and establishing limitations. He has assisted employers with training supervisors with respect to return to work issues, implementing early return to work programs, offering safety recommendations, developing transitional work and work hardening programs, and modifying and/or restructuring jobs. In addition, vocational evaluation and related testimony are areas in which Dr. Lamp has many years of training and successful experience.
