Born in Bogota, Colombia, David is bilingual in English and Spanish. He graduated with a double major in Political Science and Spanish from Saint John's University in 2005. David joined the Employee Development Corporation in 2006 and currently works as a Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant. His Spanish speaking ability allows him to work with the Latino Community statewide, helping them with their vocational and rehabilitation issues.
