Mr. Bohlke received is Master's in Vocational Rehabilitation with consideration in Vocational Education from the University of Wisconsin Stout. He has been a QRC since 1980 and has provided counseling and evaluation services in the private sector in Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Nebraska.

Mr. Bohlke joined the EDC staff in 2001 as a Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant. Dave has experience working with the interface of injured workers, insurers, employers, attorneys, and medical providers in planning and facilitating positive rehabilitation outcomes for over 20 years.
